CUPID MAKES AN APPEARANCECastiel (Misha Collins) helps Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) hunt down Cupid (guest star Lex Medlin) on Valentine’s Day after townspeople start to kill each other for love. However, after Cupid tells them he’s innocent, they discover Famine (guest star James Otis), one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, has arrived in town. Mike Rohl directed the episode written by Ben Edlund.

Besides their amazing Supernatural promos for the Season 5 UK premiere so far that include the cool alternate reality game and TV promo, they've added another great promotional medium to their list.

They've turned the Marble Arch of London into the gates of hell!

It literally looks as if the English landmark is set on fire and then crumbles toward the end, revealing the words ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE 10TH FEB 9PM followed by SPN and LIVING logos.

I'm not making this up people. Official word has come out saying that there's been a title switch for this season's newest episode. It's cool, another Led Zeppelin song reference, but I prefer the old name. Like I've grown to know this episode as the "Back to The Future II" epi. Well, whatever it's still Supernatural.

[ SPN FUN FACT : "The Song Remains the Same" was also the title of the very first Dawson's Creek episode that Jensen guested in! Freakyo Coincidento? ]

SpoilerTV gives us the OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS. . .

JOHN WINCHESTER IS BACK — The angels send Anna (guest star Julie McNiven) back in time to kill John (guest star Matthew Cohen) and Mary (guest star Amy Gumenick) Winchester before they can conceive Sam (Jared Padalecki) knowing that if Sam was never born then Lucifer won't be able to use him as his vessel. Castiel (Misha Collins) sends Sam and Dean (Jensen Ackles) back to 1978 so they can stop Anna, and the two brothers are reunited with their parents. Mary recognizes Dean as a hunter since he visited her in the past once before but tries to keep the truth from John. Steve Boyum directed the episode written by Sera Gamble & Nancy Weiner (#513).

But aaaw, Sammy seeing his mom in the flesh for the very first time. . :)

I think this one's going to be a tearjerker. If that awkward Sammy scene in the SNEAKPEAKS isn't convincing enough for you to ready up some tissue for tears, I've heard from an early review source that there will be emotional scenes between the boys with their mom and dad.

Is anybody else confused? I get that Sam is stuck in Gary's bod and viceversa, but it makes it look more complicated than it should be by switching them back and forth to show their ~inner~ selves. Watching the promos got me a bit dizzy :-s

SAM AND DEAN CHECK INTO A MENTAL HOSPITAL. The brothers get themselves admitted as patients to check out the mysterious monster that is attacking the patients, but their incarceration pushes both to the breaking point as they unleash their inner demons against each other.

LIVING will be Beloved Show's official new home in the UK this year. So to promote the airing of season 5 that will start in early Feb, LIVING has created a very complex alternate reality game where viewers of Beloved Show will be able to go on real-life scavenger hunts to find symbols that will be hidden in real locations through out the UK.

To make things easier, of course there will be clues that will lead you to those various places and will be given by Castiel himself ~ MishMish! ~ in specially filmed sequences on the Fighting the Apocalypse website. You must collect those weird symbols ~ Enochian Sigils ~ from various locations, photograph, and send via MMS to a shortcode.

Best part is probably the winning prize :

a chance to appear on the show!

Seriously awesome.

First clue will start being broadcast on the site starting on Jan 20th.

Remember that scene in the "Yellow Fever" episode where we find out that Bobby is bilingual ~ as far as we know ~ turning out to be able to speak in Japanese and shiz?

This post will probably bring back that memory. LOL

Its a Japanese S4 promo vid for Supernatural!

Although its full on Japanese it also features short english interviews and behind-the-scene clips of Supernatural. And the Japanese dubbing isn't actually a problem because it does nothing but make you giggle with glee.
