I think there's been kind of mixed feelings amongst the fans about this episode, some were excited about the idea and some less. But the sneak peaks look really good! :D

And is it weird that I am still hoping that we might get a special appearance from Sir?

I don't know, like a surprise from the amazing writers, "SURPRISE JDM! WE WERE TOTALLY TRYING TO PULL YOUR PIE WHEN WE SAID WE COULDN'T GET HIM BACK FOR A SHOOT. HAHA!"
